Instructions for Download

1. Select the document you would like to view
2. Move the cursor over that document
3. Right click on the mouse and select “Save Link As” or “Save As”
4. Select the location where you would like to save the file
5. Select “OK”

Instructions for Viewing/Editing Downloaded Documents

1. Locate the document on your computer
2. Double click the document icon
3. Complete all fields (If Necessary) on the document
4. Save the document
5. Attach completed document with an email and send to your Banks & Associates consultant.
